with us all meetings are big ones, whether they involve important decisions, unusual events or if a very large number are going to meet.

The year was 1942 and the location was a beautiful wooded hillside. A decision was taken there and then that this was a place where people should be educated. Ten years later Runö was opened, built according to the motto that only the best was good enough. From that day on art, culture, meetings, food and education would enrich everyone who came to the peninsula. And that is still the case.
The event hall with a thousand opportunities
There’s not enough room here to list all of the thousand opportunities that Runöhallen offers. Instead we’ll provide a summary. Anything is possible in Runöhallen! And it holds up to 600 seated guests! A small tip though: Book in time! There’s a lot of demand. In addition to Runöhallen we have about 30 more meeting rooms in various sizes (2 -110 persons) and are confident enough to promise that we have a room to fit your particular requirement. The same applies to the technical equipment – we have what you need.

With a total of 228 beds we can accommodate most groups. Regardless of which of the many refurbished rooms you stay in, you can count on a superb view out over the countryside and/or the archipelago. How many of you are coming?

With a swimming baths and plenty of other activity spaces there is an excellent range of facilities for recreation and to occupy yourself in free periods. Feel free to discover our absolutely unique art collection, have a game of billiards or challenge your colleagues to one of our ingenious board games. If you would rather have a workout in the gym or relax in the swimming pool then naturally, that’s fine too! We also offer a wide range of other exciting activities in association with an activities company.
Location for meetings
Runö Möten & Events is beautifully situated and embedded on its own peninsula in Roslagens archipelago. It is just 30 minutes from Stockholm and 40 minutes from Arlanda Airport. If you want to come by boat then that’s also possible. It actually only takes an hour from central Stockholm! Once you’ve arrived you can enjoy a Swan eco-labelled facility and be sure that the food is prepared with all the love necessary to satisfy your eyes as well as your palate.
